Music license

All tracks published on music.oprzadek.com.pl are original works, copyrighted and owned by Igor Oprządek. This page sets out exactly what you're allowed to do with them.

Ownership

Every track hosted on this site is composed and produced by Igor Oprządek. Copyright is retained by the artist at all times. Downloading a track does not transfer ownership or copyright to you — it grants you the usage permissions described below.

What's permitted

You may use this music for both personal and commercial purposes, free of charge, under the following conditions:

Social media

Use the music in any social media content, provided you credit the artist in the description or a comment on the post.

Commercial advertising

Use the music in commercial adverts, provided the artist is credited during the ad itself or in the description of the video containing it.

Games

Use the music in games, provided the artist is credited in the game's credits, or anywhere else within the game.

Crediting the artist

Whatever the medium, a credit only needs to name the artist. For example:

What's not covered by this license

This license does not grant the right to re-sell, re-license, or redistribute the audio files themselves as standalone products (for example, reselling a track on another beat store or claiming authorship). It also doesn't cover use without attribution, or use in any way not described above.
